Everything is/has changed.

At 2:00 of this Terminator Genysis Trailer, I hear Sarah Connor saying,
"Everything is changed."

Is this right?

Or did she say "Everything has changed"?

If she said "Everything's changed", is it shortened form of the former or the latter?

Top answer

She says, "Everything's changed" and could mean either is or has . Either way, the essential meaning is the same.
