Everyone wants to practice their English on me....?

Hi there. I am not a native speaker and I need your help.

I can't know what means 'practise ~ on' in the below sentence.

please see.

"Everybody wants to practise their English on me."

Does it mean Everybody wants to teach their Egnlish to me or Everybody wants to learn their from me?
