Hey! Could you tell me, please, what's the difference between the next 2 examples : Eg1 :'I live in London. My parents do, too.' Eg2 :'I live in London. My parents also do.' And why is Eg1 correct and Eg2 is not...:-S

There is no difference in meaning between the sentences, and both are acceptable. To me, #1 feels a little more natural.

I saw that examples in a TOEFL question...and they considered the 'also do' sentence wrong. However they asked to tick off the correct one...not the more natural one
