Would it be "Everybody's entitld to his (or their?) opinion..."

The above omits females.

So it should be the following:
Would it be "Everybody's entitled to their opinion..."
Am I wrong?

Either is OK.

In such a context, 'he' is normally understood to include 'he' and 'she'. It's similar to the way we say 'man' or 'mankind' to mean all humans.

However, some people in modern times prefer 'their' as more inclusive.
