How will we answer this question:

Does everybody speak English?

Yes,......... ............. ( Short answer)

Second question:

I am going to a party tonight. Are you going to come with me?
or Will you come with me?

2. Both are fine, though 'Are you going to come' usually suggests the matter has already been discussed, and 'Will you' is quite formal. I would say 'do you want to come with me?'.
