every time/everytime

By telling the same story again and again, it(the story) has now become a commonplace one.

Every time when I go to his house, his house's door is locked.

Every time when I visited him, he gave me a nice welcome by offering apples, fruits, juices.

Everytime he would give something or other thing when I visit him.

Please correct my sentences.

Can't I use "everytime" in any context? I have learned that I should use "everytime" when it is an adjective.

It does not appear in any dictionary that I have access to. Via Google (other than as typographical errors or errors of ignorance), it appears only in a Britney Spears song title and lyrics-- and it is a mistake there also:

Everytime I try to fly, I fall
Without my wings, I feel so small
I guess I need you, baby

should be two words-- I think I'
