Ever vs Never

This is probably the question has been asked for millions of times in this forum.

I'm still confused with the use of " never" and" ever", can anyone help me to check the following sentences please?

A: This is the best wine I have ever tasted.
B: This is the best wine I have never tasted.

Which sentence is correct?

Thanks a lot
