A.  Ever since I started my profession, I have worked for large companies.B.  Ever since I started my profession, I worked for large companies.1.  What is the difference in meaning between A and B above?2.  Does A mean I worked for large companies one at a time and is still working for a large company as its employee at present?3.  Does B mean I worked for large companies one at a time, but I'm not part of any large company at present?4.  Can A also mean that in my entire career or life, I worked for large companies one at a time even if I'm not part of any large company at present?5.  Which is more natural to say if I'm not part of any company at present?  Thanks in advance for your kind assistance.

If you say B, it will be understood as A, which is the more logical one.

It means you have the experience of working for at least two large companies, possibly more.
