Hi guys, which one is correct please?

1) Ever since I began studying on medical faculty I knew I made the right choice.

2) Ever since I began studying on medical faculty I have known, I made the right choice.

3) Ever since I began studying on medical faculty I have known, I have had made the right choice.

4) or something else entirely? Emotion: big smile
