Ever - paraphrases

Hi teachers,
Would all these paraphrases be appropriate for 'ever' in the sentence, 'Have you ever arrived on time on Monday?'
a) on any occasion in your life
b) in your entire life
c) at any time from past to present
d) at any point in time

In my opinion ''a; b" which would be possible for other contexts, are not possible in this one because he hasn't work there his entire life.
For that context "c; d" are better. Am I right?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, TL. I think d is the best answer. I don't like the rest.

These would work better as an addition to, rather than a replacement of, even.
Have you ever, in your entire life, arrived on time on Monday?
Other possibilities include once, so much as once, and even once (even, not ever, here).

Hi Blue Jay,
Thanks for your help.
Then, 'ever' is just used as an intensifier that has little semantic content of its own. Right?

I would think of it the other way, that in your entire life is emphasizing or qualifying ever.
