Ever After

Hello,

Do all of the following sentences work? If yes, which of them sounds most natural to you and which of them less so?

"Never ever after again would he do something like this."
"Never ever after would he do something like this again."
"Never again would he do something like this, ever after."
"Never again would he do something like this ever after."
"Never again would he do something like this, ever."
"Never again would he do something like this ever."

Does the use of 'ever' as emphasis sounds like a teenager talking?

Also, is there any occasion for the use of 'ever after' apart from a construction like "they http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/live#live__3

Not in an example like yours. A teenager is highly unlikely to use the construction 'Never again would . . . . '

'Never ever' sounds a bit teenage to me, eg I'll never ever speak to him again!

I did some searching but found that 'ever after' is almost always used in the context of two people falling in love and living together for the rest of their lives

There is an animal rescue sanctuary in Wisconsin 'Happily Ever After' which promises to look after animals for the rest of their lives, once rescued; but, of course, that is a very similar idea
