Event date and time punctuation

In an e-newsletter to university alumni, how should I punctuate the date and time of an event? Here is an example:

Rooms in Blooms
Saturday, November 10 at 5 p.m.

or should there be a comma after "November 10"?

m. I don't pause after saying 10. Consequently I see no need for a comma either.

When I say Saturday, November 10 at 5 p.m. I don't pause after saying 10. Consequently I see no need for a comma either.
