Evening

Hi everyone. Please look at the picture. and tell me your idea about the picture. I think some information in the picture is wrong?
As you see in the picture we see two equal semi circle. one of them is lit and it is called Day. And the other is dark and called Night. But this picture shows "evening" as part of night. in the picture "evening" starts from sunset to midnight and I think it is wrong!
What is your idea about that?

It's really quite a simplistic division of time, but it works. However, personal usage would find much overlapping.
Where did you have dinner last night? probably refers to some time between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
I woke up three times last night: at 1:30 am, 2:30 am and 3:30 am. I have to get up at 4:00 tomorrow morning.
