EVEN THOUGH vs EVEN IF / (FOR)

Which would you say please?

1 Group A has reserved more room than group B even though/if there are less of them/they are less as Group A has reserved one room per person whereas Group B reserved a room for 2.

2 I'm scheduled (for) tomorrow./I'm scheduled to work tomorrow.

Thank you
