Even though vs Although?

Hi All,

Could you please help me to differential between the following sentences? Are they correct and mean the same?

1. Even though he is tall, he cannot climb up the tree.
2. Though he is tall, he cannot climb up the tree.
3. Although he is tall, he cannot climb up the tree.

Thanks a lot!
