Even though and just because / There OPTIONAL???

Could you please tell me how to properly say these 3 sentences?

1 How many people are (there) before us? Tell me how long the wait.

2 Even though I'd rather have nicer top teeth than bottom teeth, I still want nice bottom teeth.

3 Just because I'd rather have nicer top teeth than bottom teeth doesn't mean I want ugly bottom teeth.

Thank you
