Hello, I would like to ask you about the following sentences.

Even though she did not study, she passed the exam.
Even though she was not studying, she passed the exam.
Even though she had not studied, she passed the exam.
Even though she had not been studying, she passed the exam.

Are all of them correct and possible? Could I use any of them?
