Could you please review the following:

Even if tiny micro-nations like Monaco and the Vatican cities made nukes they would make themselves almost invincible.

Honestly, I am pretty bad with punctuations. It is more because I am generally a care-less and a forgetful person( I probably have an undiagnosed ADHD or something).

As some examples, I forgot to put a "," between tiny and micro-nations and before "they" as in I was supposed to write it this way: "Even if tiny, micro-nations like Monaco and the Vatican cities m

I am confused because I thought you separate more than one quality like, ""John is a big,tall guy.", so why is "tiny, micro-nations" wrong?
