I would be really glad if my salary could be raised even as little as by half.
Can anyone please help me correct the underlined phrase?
I am pretty sure it's not grammatical but I don't know how to fix it.

I think it sounds fine as it is, Spooner. You could of course simplify it: I would be really glad if they could raise my salary at least by half.
