I wrote an Evaluation for my imminent book report and I want to make sure it's OK so please check it out:
Evaluation
The story is a fantasy written in a realistic style that helps the book to become much more interesting and enjoyable, and the writer uses an element of personification (charging of human qualities to mice, in out case) which in my opinion creates identification between the reader and the book's protagonists. I especially liked the plot and the way the writer had arranged to consequence of the events that create kind of a curiosity and a desire to keep on reading the book.
Mrs. Frisby is a widowed mouse with four small children. One of her children lays sick while she has to move to her summer home (or face a death) and she is looking for a solution. She finds it when she meets high civilized rats that help her to solve the problem thanks to their abnormal intelligence…Mrs. Frisby faces dangers and makes decisions quickly and wisely. The rats willingly help Mrs. Frisby, while venturing their lives for the sake of her and her children. I was excited the most towards the end, when one mouse, just like a person, sacrifices himself for another mouse's life and eventually both die.
I am especially uncertain about the last sentence
