Evaluate my writing ( With IELTS bandscore )

In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people

Why might this be the case?

Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

In some nations, property posession trend has emerged and gradually become more common among people. Severals reasons could be given to explain about whether to live in an private house or rent a house, and I personally think this trend could bring back both advantages and disadvantages.

Initially, two aspects that influence people’s preference to live in their own house are culture and economics. For instance, people in Asia countries believe that settling down is one of the vital parts of becoming more successful in life, so that they could strive for their aims and objectives in the long run. From the economic perspective, people living in an private house are uneffected by finance pressures such as monthly rental fees or additional expenditures for appartment security services. Not only being stress, but people are also aware of real estate and inflation because the land is limited whereas the population are continously rocketing.

I could barely claim that this is an either a positive or negative trend; however, I personally believe that eveything has two sides of it. Firstly, it could be a positive trend because it is a fundamental basis of self-bettermerment in each individual. It is similar to a motivation to persuade people to keep working harder to buy their own home to prolong their career for harder attempts. On the contrary, the drabacks of this trend could begin the inflation of real estate. If the government do not have a proper city planning and people are rushing to build their own house, the price will be surged day by day, which will be the beginning of an economic crisis.

In conclusion, choosing a place to settle or living temporarily in a hired appartment will be the matter of concern in the future, and it is difficult to claim that this movement is positive or negative.
