I am writing an essay about traffic. Please evaluate and send me your suggestions please to improve my english skills.

Now a days in big cities everyone is facing a traffic problem. This is a major problem in big cities. People are wasting more than an hour on roads due traffic. If their destination is just a ten minutes travel also people have to spend at least half an hour on traffic. People are frustrated to traffic. There will be a lot of noise pollution as well in the traffic. People are getting many new diseases by taking air in the traffic areas. People are not happy to go to office because of this traffic. It has to be reduced. If someone is violating the violating the rules, traffic polices have to catch them and fine them more. Government has to construct many roads and flyovers to over come this traffic problem. Most of the people are facing many health problems because of the fog which is produced at the traffic and on roads. Government has to recruit many traffic polices so that they can stop the people who are violating the traffic rules.
