The article states that the doctor’s career in big cities is more useful than their career in country areas, and the author provides several reasons to support his view. However, the professor explains that the country life has many advantages that make it better, and he refutes each of the author’s reasons.

First, the reading claims that the doctors in country areas don’t get a good financial support or benefits, and the professor refutes this point by saying: it is may be true that the doctors in cities are getting more money but in fact we should note that the country life expenses are too much less than those in cities, it is more cheaper, and the government usually gives them some exceptions, like tax breaks.

Second, the reading claims that doctors in cities get better chance to learn more and having a good experience while country doesn’t. The professor refutes this point by saying that this is may be true if we live in 17th or 18th century. But now with the internet and other communication technologies, that make doctors get what they need to keep going, for example the doctors can get help from there colleges through internet or get online lessons. With these technologies they cannot be isolated.

Third, the author claims that the city life more attractive for people and more active than the country life. The professor refutes this point by saying that this is not necessary true, lot of people like the life style of country specially the people who grown there, the country life is more quite and more comfortable.
