As "Euro" is quite a new word, it seems that a plural form hasn't been standardized yet, I'd say both forms are correct.

In German, people make up funny plural forms for Euro - as Euro and Euros are the usual plural forms, people sometimes also say Eurö, Euranten, Euri, Euren, or Eurata just for fun.
