Hi! Some years ago, I attended to a a course about translation (from MidE to Modern English). The professor had a wonderful CD-English Etymological dictionary which was projected with an over head projector on the wall. I remember it was really handy. Some years later I've become a teacher and sometimes I have doubts on etymology but now I can remember the name of that software the professor had. Unfortunately (for me) that professor is now retired and therefore I cannot ask him. I've browsed the Net with no success. Can anyone help me? Can you tell me I you know a CD-based dictionary with etymological info in every entry? Zillions of thanks!
