Ethnicity vs nationality.

Difference?

If I have - let's say - Greek genetics, but I was born & live in England for ever, do I have English nationality? If yes, then I have Greek ethnicity?

Also when we ask someone "Where are you from?" (country), are we refering to nationality or ethnicity?
