Ethic \ ethical

Hi

today I found a problem when I wanted to express that my customer had a bad behavior, I wanted to write the following:

"your behavior is not ethically correct" BUT I realized that it makes no sense.... "Ethically" does not exist??

Can you suggest somethig similar?

Should I have written: "your behavior is not ethic"?

I believe you can write, "Your behavior is unethical."

Your behavior is not ethical.

Tour behavior is not ethically correct.

Your behavior is unethical.

The word 'ethically' is fine. I used it in one of my examples above.
