Establishments....??? Plural exists?

Another curiosity is “covered corridors with fireproof and noise-absorbing material”, which is only available at 3-star establishments and above.

As shown in the sentence above, may i know whether it is correct to grant establishement a plural form. Thank you guys for guidance.
