Hi there!

I would like to ask some questions:

When I'm talking about a branch that exist since ....

Should I say: established since .... or Exist since .....

Because Im talking about one branch not the company's beginning

If you are talking about a location, I would say
... this branch (office) was opened two years ago
... this branch (office) has been open for two years

If you are talking about a division of a company (not a location)

... the company established / acquired / started / opened this division two years ago
