Establish a routine

Hi

Could you please tell me if this dialogue is fully natural? Any suggestions are welcome.

A - I yearn for a long holiday--but when it comes I start disliking it within days.

B - And why is it so?

A - For starters, I can't establish a routine. Then very soon I start missing work and my friends.

Thanks,

Tom
