You have to decide on an approach first. Will you be approaching this from a medical or physiological point of view? Will you be approaching this from the point of view of the appearance of human faces? Will you go for something metaphorical, discussing the mind as the eyes of the soul, or some such comparison? Will you go for something more amusing, bringing in such things as the eyes of potatoes and the eyes of needles?

Once you have an approach, use online resources to find out more about the topic and take some notes. Then organize your notes into subtopics and outline the points you wish to include in your essay.
