I've written here two paragraphs suggesting solutions for too much computer gaming.

The first solution to reduce the evil influence of computer games is to set firm rules and disciplines at home. While setting these, first and foremost parents should teach their children to obey age limit and fixed game time. Age limit on types of game is guaranteed by the authority concerned and it is no doubt the limit screens violence in order. Hence, children would be safe from being exposed to extreme violence. Restricting playing time can save children from being addicted to computer games, too. Through discussion, set gaming hours for a day and discipline children when it is exceeded.
The next solution to lesson the harmful effect of computer games is providing(to provide: both seem correct... don't they?) students with either medical or non-medical help at school. For those who are excessively addicted, let them take part in the consultant sessions where they can share they stories of themselves, for example, how they have become addicted to and what makes them difficult to break away from the addiction. Pills can also be are prescribed if need arises. On the other hand, non-medical help suits for the rest. Offer students self-check list which shows how much they are engrossed in the game and let them share with others. Arrange the meeting regularly so that students can watch their progress amidst cheers of others.
