Vietnam is now integrated with the 4.0 industrial revolution with the transformation of digital technology. The government promotes entrepreneurship and innovation. Beside that is also supported foreign companies come into Vietnam and open head office or branches. It will create jobs for people and boost economic development.

My current job is a digital marketer at Wisami. Wisami is a tech startup in B2B field that helps small and medium enterprises to solve tasks related to human resources such as: attendance, payroll,...my responsibilities is: phone call customer daily for advice, marketing plan monthly, run campaigns on social channels, PR and media. Beside that, I am also working with product development team to test new features and redeliver customer feedback.

As I mentioned above, Vietnam is transformed into a digital technology revolution. So it has led to a lot of demand for new jobs. Everything will change very fast.

Before it has traditional marketing. But now it has online marketing. And we can see it in the clearest way that marketing through new channels like facebook, instagram, google, bing, email is very effective. They help to target many internet users, larger locations or over the world. And I think it will help to create impact on target communities to achieve our desired goals.

I did use digital tools like google ads to acquire new 100 customers in one week for my company that helps increase sales. When I was a student, I used social networking to do PR and communication for social projects that attracted large numbers of people interested in raising awareness of the community. This is a very common way today.

The work I am doing contributes a small part to the development of the company and is a segment that helps start-up ecosystem companies in Vietnam growth more. Thus creating changes that help develop the country's economy. In the future, I want to be a global citizen. Working in a multinational company can be in Vietnam or America or in Asean countries. This helps me contribute to the bigger business. Helping the economy grow rapidly and broad with high quality personal.
