How to cure a bad cold
Every year a large number of people suffer intensely from getting cold and this matter exacerbates in the winter; the majority of us believe that we can’t deal with the cold by ourselves and we rely on going to a doctor and drugs, but there is an approach in order to cure our cold.
Rest comes the first; you need to sleep enough (10 or more hours a day) and forget all stressful affairs around you and merely relax. Also, You’d better stay indoors and spend at least one day at home and let your body kill microbes and viruses.

In the third place, modify the foods you eat. You’d better eat light and nutritious meals which body can digest them quickly. Moreover, refuse to eat salty, spicy, oily, sweet and fried foods. Try to use fruits, vegetables, and foods like chicken soup which has vitamins.
