Global warming

There has been much discussion recently about global warming. Also known as climate change, global warming has become an issue that is a major concern to the world we live in today. With each day that passes, the surface of our earth becomes hotter, and the biggest and most considered cause of global warming is deforestation and greenhouse effect.

The deforestation is the first harmful consequence of global warming. Trees have an effect absorb carbon dioxide, maintain carbon dioxide balance in the atmosphere. However, human beings are cutting trees for roads, buildings, and farmland leading to deforestation. In particular, many places that used to be considered forests have been turned into places for many people. Not only that, people deforestation for agricultural land, planting food crops, fruit trees, or industrial crops. As a result of the many activities of man, the number of plants that we have has decreased, this has led to an increase in the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. According to Vietnamnews, in just 5 years from 2012 to 2017, Vietnam country has lost about 2 million hectares of natural forests. This directly causes climate change.

The second most prominent cause of global warming is the greenhouse effect. Carbon dioxide, metals, nitrogen oxides are the main air pollutants that cause the greenhouse effect to damage ozone. In particular, human activities such as burning fossil fuels, emissions from vehicles are increasing greenhouse gases in the air, leading to an increase in earth temperature. Consequently, the thicker layer of greenhouse gases traps more heat which an increase in the average temperature of the earth and the earth becomes hotter and hotter. In a research survey in 2017, the amount of waste from factories and vehicles has increased by 30% over the previous year and continues to increase sharply over the next few years, which is a concern for the earth.

In conclusion, deforestation and the greenhouse effect are the most serious causes of climate change, and it should be prevented so that the consequences are reduced. It is our duty to take care of our earth so that our future generation does not get affected by the problem of global warming.
