hi all
i'm working on my research's aim
i want to explore the importance of organizational culture in managing diversity, but now i'm not sure how i should formulate my research idea which should support my main objective. would someone could help me with that'?
i wanted to choose one company and then send questionnaires to employees and to check their expectations on organizational culture and to discover their opinions on the importance of organizational culture. but then if its managing should i ask managers rather than employees?...so confused
