Dear Mr. XXX,
I am a part-time student who is currently studying at Polytechnic and I will have completed a diploma course two weeks later. I had always heard and thought the education system of Singapore was one of the best in the world. However, I have been disappointed and have realized that the education system of Singapore has no difference from Malaysia. For instance people said that one could buy certificates in Malaysia without attending any school and a similar thing happened in Singapore as well. A professional adroit lecturer who is called XXXXXXX allowed students to sit in front of him and copy during tests but other students couldn’t and he is not the only one. Additionally, he refused to reply students’ inquiries or replied angrily. The other example is that the final semester of a diploma is a project semester, many lecturers just go to the class, sit down, relax and students have to pay money to them. If the school just needs someone to guard in the class, I feel that they should get help from Cisco. Auxiliary Police are trained to protect people, I feel safe when they are around but professional lecturers are not. I have kids; I am worried about the younger generation, I must feedback these issues to you as I believe that you can stop the education environment from turning worse for my kids to attend. Additionally, I hope Mr. XXXX can improve the current education system.
