Hello, can someone check me if I made any mistakes? I would really appreciate it.

Everyone of us took, or is still taking part in education process. However, not many people are aware of its differences in various countries. In this article, I am going to describe the most significant of them.

Schooling in Poland is currently being changed. Polish authority has decided to liquidate three-year middle schools. They will be replaced with longer primary and secondary schools, which used to take, respectively, six and three years. After the reform, children will start education at the age of seven. They will firstly attend eight-year primary school. After graduation, they will have to choose their next school. They can choose between secondary, trade and vocational school. Only one thing will not change - students are obligated to attend school until they are eighteen. They can continue their education by studies.

Children in England start their education at the age of five. Firstly, they attend infant schools which educate children aged between five and seven. Another stage of children’s education is junior school. It is a type of school which provides primary education to children, often in the age range seven to eleven, following attendance at Infant school. After graduation, they start attending secondary schools which teach children aged between eleven and sixteen. After 2 years, students write SAT exams. At the age of sixteen, they write GSCE exams which end the mandatory education in England. Nevertheless, some students decide to continue their education in college, and later at a university.

Education in Australia comprises primary education, followed by secondary education and tertiary education. Attending school in Australia is compulsory between certain ages as specified by state or territory legislation. Depending on the state or territory, and date of birth of the child, school is compulsory from the age of five to six to the age of fifteen to seventeen. Children usually start education at the age of five or six. They firstly attend primary schools. Education in Australia is compulsory until the age of fifteen or seventeen (depending on the state). As opposed to England or Poland, private and catholic schools take very serious part in Australian schooling. They educate about 40% of Australian students. After graduating from secondary school, they can continue their education at universities or in technical colleges.
