It is true that stress is becoming common disease in our life. We face many problems in our lives and these problems increase our stress level. It decreases the quality of life. In my opinion, there are many causes of stress such as: pressure of work and personal factor.
Firstly, Stress could be of caused by pressure and problem at work location. The cause stress may affect inside the organization job environment. For example, the repressive management who has authorizations in the work environment also might create unhealthy environment that can lead to stress. Secondly, personal factor cause of stress may personal life. Everyone have different lifestyle and it is important to recognize the importance our lifestyle has on our ability to cope with pressure. However, people who lack of time management they like rushing work at the last minute this kind people may easily to causing stress.
These two causes show that stress is effect on our psychology and our life.
Stress affects people’s psychology in a negative way. It makes people constantly feel upset, nervous and angry. For this reason they start to take drugs which are not always helpful. Besides, they may become pessimistic because of having bad mental health. Next, being stressed affects our social life. For example, when they are stressed, they cannot have good relations with people and they usually argue with them. Besides they cannot adapt new circumstances.
In conclusion, stress is a disease that we have to deal with in the modern life. So, we need to fight against it by learning to control stress like: enjoying a hobby, physical exercise and maintaining close relationships with family and friends.
