Essay about the space exploration

Please check my essay about the space exploration and correct the mistakes if you are able to. :-)

The limit is 200-250 words

Nowadays, there are two strongest countries which are rivaling in every field of knowledge. Since XX century they are really interested in the space explotration. I agree that it is extremely fascinating but there are a lot of people who are against exploring the space. Unfotunatelly their arguments against that are not as nonsensical as i thought.

So, does the space exploraton make some profits or is it just the waste of money? I think that it is really important and should be continued.

The first point is looking for a new place where we could settle down. Some of you would say that you will die before anybody would even be able to see that place using the thelescope. Don't be so selfish! Think about your children! maybe they would have to leave the Earth and find another place to live beacause of your stupidity and unecological life?

Secondly, there are a lot of useful inventions which need satellites in the space to work properly. For example, can you imagine life without satellite TV? You would not be able to find out what's new around you. Without the satellites, systems like GPS, Google Maps or Zumi would not exist. Do you really want to use paper maps again? On the other hand, there are some disadvantages of the space explorations. For instance, NASA has spent about 220 bilions of dollars since 1960! that money could be used to do away with government budget deficit!

Lastly, american and russian governments are thought not to care about astronauts lifes. Some of them died in the space but it is not as important as that they hadn't finished the satellite service yet...

In conclusion we have to decide if we can spend that much money on new inventions and space programmes. We also have to think about people safety in the sapce. I'am convinced that, most of us will be for continuing space programmes after finding out about the real profits which the space exploration gives us.

<It has got too many words but first let's correct the mistakes and then i will try to cut something. Please help.> :-)
