A company has announced that it wishes to build a large factory near your locality.

Population increasing in factories, companies, corporations are growing faster than any other past time. New factories mean new job possibility. New factories building bring good opportunities to a community, but there is a great risk that it can create environmental pollution.

I think if the company wishes to build a large factory such as swing workshop, it will positively effect on our community. Overall infrastructure of the area will be developed. Local people's lifestyles will be improved. Local residents will be able to find a job. So if a community has better businesses, the level of economic condition will be developed. But there are some problems, which my community can face. If it is a factory, which emits harmful chemicals into the area and also causes water pollution, then I strongly oppose the establishment of a factory near my community. I love my community very much, so I fear for it.

In my opinion, industrialization is necessary for every community, but it must be regulated.
