When looking for information for a research project, some students prefer to get their information mainly from the Internet. Others prefer to mainly use printed materials such as books and academic journals. Which do you prefer and why?

While there are a lot of people who prefer to get information from printed materials such as books, I prefer the internet, because of two main reasons.
First, in my view, the internet is really user friendly, I mean you can get information from it anywhere and anytime by just clicking on an search engine such as google that works with artificial intelligence and helps you find your information from different sources, and shows you many links, ebooks, academic sources and most of these sources are free, but we should remember that follow value links that has been written by famous or academic persons, while searching with books is not free and you should pay money or may be you can borrow it from the library and in this way you can't have the book for a long time,.
Second, there are a lot of academic websites such as ResearchGate that only educated people can sign up, so you can discuss with a lot of educated people and get your information from qualified people and learn more, while most books even academic books are not up to date. For example, last week I was searching for a special diode which has been produced recently by Canada to increase the gain of my circuit and I couldn’t find any information from the books in the university’s library.
That’s why I prefer to use the internet.
