To begin with a drawback, anyone who rents a house requires to be willing to have a set of rules from the landlord that must be followed. If these rules are broken they can be charged extra on the rent or even booted out entirely. For example, if You want to have a pet then you rent your home you need to check with the landlord first so people might not be stable financially and economically If everyone has their own accommodation, they do not spend seeking a place to live and pay rent

People who have owned a home bring both tangible and intangible. Not only do they have their own home, people can make decisions about the look and design of the space, but they also get a sense of stability and prices of ownership.
