Essay

Can someone please take time to proofread this essay for me. Thank you.

I’ve been communicating in English my entire life. My whole life to this day has been dedicated to perfecting the English language. I’m a member of various online English forums and a very frequent poster on all of them. Being on these forums has substantially helped me improve my English and it has also made me understand that no matter how hard you study a subject, real life experience is irreplaceable. It’s really quite a funny situation, because English is supposed to be my native tongue and it’s no question my most fluent language, but I’m in no way satisfied with my articulation and grasp of the language in general. Should I blame my bilingualism or learning more than 3-4 languages at the same time or otherwise not completely submerging myself in an English speaking environment? These are all excuses I’ve created for myself and it is up to me to break them down once and for all. The most effective way to tame fear is not to try to eliminate it, whereas fear is human nature and thus makes it inevitable. This is why I’ve chosen to conquer it one step at a time by formulating a schedule. I trust that I can master the language and in the process eliminate the fear of discomfiture caused by it.

I’m weeks from finishing TEFL course and upon completion I‘ll have learned the basis of teaching English as a Foreign Language. My hopes are to continue to advance in the language as it is ever growing and always changing. It would be a dream and honor to continue this quest of English mastery at your University.

In general, the wording, grammar and tone reflect the author's disatisfaction toward his language articulation.

This is how I see it. No matter how perfectly an essay is written, there is always a "rhetoric" and tone difference factored into the readers' opinion who have proofread your work. This is my revised version:
