Especially When

Can you use ESPECIALLY WHEN like this?

1 I'm not going to ask him twice for a favor especially when the first time he made it clear he wouldn't.
2 I change socks everyday especially when I'm at home and not on vacation where I don't have a washing machine.
3 I can't stand her as it is and especially when we're both drunk.

Basically, you only need some commas to indicate a dramatic pause: (1) I'm not going to ask him twice for a favor, especially since he has already made it clear that he won't do it.

I had 1 questions
for number one, come to think of it ESPECIALLY SINCE is better but why couldn't you say ESPECIALLY WHEN.
and for 2 Why would it be "... and not on vaction WHERE" but WHEN as vaction is a place and not a time.

Hopefully, someone smarter than I (am) will amswer your great questions. (l) I just preferred "since" because it = "because" (the reason why I am not going to ask him again) (2) Is "on vacation" really a period of time rather than a place? Let's hope a senior or veteran member answers. Good luck with your English learning!
