ESL exam question..

I have a take home exam test question I can not figure out, so I'm wondering if someone may help me with it, pay is commensureate with grades and experience so I am trying to Pass with Distinction.

Select the correct sentence: A) He always is crying, B) They have yet arrived, C) Sometimes, he loves eating pizza, and D) Mary every day goes to the market.

The question after that relates and gives options for the answer away which I can't distinguish. It asks:

The mistakes in the sentences above are one of the following.... A) the tenses in the sentences are incorrect, B) the order of the adverbs is not correct, C) the adverbs in the sentences above are all adverbs of frequency, and D) there are too many adverbs in each sentence.

I am thinking it has to do with the tenses because the rule I see is that Adverbs of Frequency say how often something has happened. We usually put them BEFORE the MAIN VERB or at the BEGINNING of the sentence for emphasis.
