Errors in Memorandum

Can anyone help me in correcting the errors in the memo and can you please tell why it is an error. Please feel free also to edit it Thanks in advance.

In support of the government's austerity program mandating the judicious and prudent use of public funds, our agency would like to undertake a cost-cutting measure by reducing the monthly charge for our thirty five (35) cable TV.
In view of this, may we respectfully request you to submit to Admin a report containing the number of cable TV you have in your division/region and a justification for having the same.
We hope to receive it by Friday, 06 December.
