errors?

The sentences below are made by me to have my students to answer yes or no based on the text I'm going to use.
Althought I think they were well written, there could be unnatural part when native speakers see, could you correct some unnatural part?

1. You’re expected to answer as detail as possible when you’re asked “How are you?” in the U.S.
2. The writer believes that Hungarian ask someone “How are you” as a simple greeting.
3. Usually, the expression “How are you” in the U.S. has some hidden meaning like “Hi, what is
your plan today?”
4. There is possibility that someone gets angry when they come to know the real meaning of
“How are you?”
5. Americans tend to wear smile even when they don’t feel good to hide their real feeling.
6. Americans use the word “friend” to even someone who is not very close.
