Error spotting

The passage below has not been edited. Only one word is incorrect in each line. We must spot the incorrect word and the correct word to replace it. First line is an example. (This passage was a part of my English examination)

I always waits eagerly for our postman and waits- wait

my joy know, no bounds when he has delivered (a)

letters to me. But sometimes receive letters (b)

prove to be a night-mare to me. (c)

I simply detest its ugly surprises which met me (d)

unawares when I anxiously tear open a envelope (e)

trying to guess the sender name from the cover. (f)

To my dismay I discover that he is yet another (g)

of the chain letter, usually anonymous, sometimes of a friend. (h)

In fact, it can rarely be of a friend because honest friend (i)

will not like her to get in problems by hiding their address. (j)

You give your answers first, please, and then we can check them. However, to me it does not appear possible to turn that into natural English by changing just one word per line. My guess is that it was written by a non-native speaker, and that even the "correct" version is not completely natural.
