Our department head has noticing that the emplyees aren't happy about the policies she has created and the rules she is enforcing.Do I have to change has noticing to has noticed or has been noticing?LC

Yes. Thank you for the information. I think present perfect and present perfect continuous tense can be applied to the same sentence where its meaning/ expression will be slightly different. I just want to reconfirm that if you native speakers agree to the changes I made to the questions I have posted. Thanks again.
